Our client in
Duties (may include and not limited to)
- Answering 6 multi-line phone system with extensions
- Forward calls, take messages and answer public’s general inquiries
- Provide a high level of customer service
- General office maintenance
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Assist with General Ledger & Journal Entries
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting
- Create PowerPoint presentations as needed
- General administrative duties – document control, data entry, etc
- Order supplies
Requirements
- Minimum of a College diploma or University degree in Office Administration/Accounting/Business
- At least 1-2 years experience in an office administrative or accounting role
- Superior computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced communication skills both oral and written
- Must be able to multi-task and keep a high level of attention to detail
- Experience with working on a MAC computer is an asset but not required
Compensation $12.50/hr
Hours Monday to Friday – Day hours, Some Overtime required
