Sensei Farms is a market changing AgTech company. We have immediate, full-time openings at our Staples, ON facility for:
- Journeyman Electricians
- Lead Packers
- Packers
- Forklift Operators
We offer the following:
- 12-hour shift – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm; 11.5 hours paid
- A bi-weekly rotating work schedule -
- 4 days worked with 3 days off ; and the following week
- 3 days worked and 4 days off.
- Career growth with pay grade increases for all roles.
- Packers can earn $18.15/hr. to start*
- Company paid benefits for all employees and their eligible dependents.
- Bonuses for individual, and team performance.
- Hiring bonus equal to one week’s pay at 30 and 90 days each.
- Referral bonus of up to $1,000*.
