• Responsible for the overall safety and efficient operation of the line
• Lead, coach, direct, train and provide constructive feedback to the line staff
• Continuously improving the operation of the production area
• Operate the line machinery
• Oversee line operation from packaging and pack-off. 
• Monitoring the line and the finished products 
• Ensuring all boxes are labelled correctly
• Completing HACCP-related and organization documents
• Ensuring efficient and timely start-ups
• Assisting the line workers when necessary
• The successful candidate will be cross trained as a Line Leader on different Production Lines and must demonstrate a desire for continuous improvement in all processes

Requirements for the Line Leader:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Mechanical ability
• Computer skills
• Must demonstrate a general knowledge of production operations specific to production and packaging lines.
• Must have walkie/stacker or successfully complete training which we will provide
• Experience in the Food/Beverage production industry is an asset
