Responsibilities
- Conduct heavy prospecting and tactical cold calling activities daily in the field
- Set appointments with prospects and present programs
- Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive new business
- Negotiate and close business
- Ensure successful installation and transition of accounts to the service team
- Consistently meet sales quotas and revenue goals
- 2-3 years business to business outside sales experience is mandatory (uniform, waste management, equipment and document management, security and payroll industry experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
- Experience using Salesforce is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and overcome obstacles
- Skillful negotiation, presentation and closing abilities
- Must have strong work ethic, a competitive drive and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal management direction
- Unlimited income potential with uncapped commissions
