Job Description
On behalf of our client in London, ON, we are currently seeking a Sales Representative on a full time, permanent basis. Main responsibilities will be to plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, and ensure customer satisfaction by managing quality of product and service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 4:30pm
Compensation:
Base salary + Commission structure based on percentage of profit

Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Source and develop client referrals
- Schedule sales activity
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Develop and help maintain sales and promotional material
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients both in person and over the phone
- Develop sales proposals to prepare and present sales contracts
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Participate in any needed sales events
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales along with excellence in customer service
- Experience in business-to-business sales
- Experience in making presentations
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Must have persuasiveness, honesty, integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
