LucasWorks is currently looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager for an establishment near Sarnia, Ontario.

Duties and qualifications include:

- 3 - 5 years experience in a supervisory role
- recruiting, training and ongoing coaching of staff
- lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- able to work with flexible schedules
- able to plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieve targeted costs
- have strong operational experience
- promote a respectful team environment and manage the team with open communication
- have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the owner in running a successful business
- create an environment of positivity and motivation to practice exceptional customer service at all times
