Job Description
Our client, a Leading Financial Institution in London, Ontario is currently seeking a Telephone Banking Specialist on an evaluation hire basis. The ideal candidate would have strong sales and customer service skills, and excel in a goal-driven environment.
Duties may include (but not limited to)
- Provide excellent customer service to inbound customers
- Identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow business
- Advise and offer clients products and services to meet their individual banking needs
- Play a key role in enhancing customer experience by providing high quality service during every interaction and ensuring that customer concerns are handled appropriately
- Candidates must be comfortable working towards achieving sales, customer service, productivity and compliance targets
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer service and sales experience
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Banking or retail sales experience is considered an asset
- Completion of post-secondary education would be considered an asset
- Candidates must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and credit check
- Candidates must have flexibility availability and be able to work non-fixed shifts Monday through Sunday between 6:00am and midnight
Positions start at $17.19 per hour + 4% vacation pay
