Our office is located in Citi Plaza- 355 Wellington Street- Suite 282 (second floor across from the Library)
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
The responsibilities for the Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs include:
- Providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Offering products and upselling on every order
- Inputting data into the system
- Completing orders by giving superior customer service to customers
- Building rapport with customers
- Finding the needs of the customer
- Ensuring all orders are completed accurately
- Problem solving where needed
- Meet monthly productivity targets
Requirements for the Inbound Customer Service Representative:
- Minimum of 1 year experience meeting sales targets and goals
- Minimum of Highschool Diploma or the equivalent
- Clear Criminal Background
- Must be able to provide 3 work related references

- Pay rate $12.00/hour paid out weekly
