TLC is looking for a creative landscape estimator/designer for our Enhancements division to help us transform clients’ outdoor spaces.

Where some see dirt, you see potential. Under your expert guidance, towering trees and humble shrubbery, rolls of sod, flats of flowers and big freaking rocks are magically morphed into a garden oasis.

You have a natural ability for listening to clients’ ideas and goals and then designing unique landscapes that bring their vision to life. You have a sharp eye for detail and insist on the highest quality of work for the best results – always respecting the timeline and the boundaries of the budget.

You enjoy an energetic environment with collaborative creativity. You are a strong communicator who is comfortable guiding an enthusiastic team to execute your designs.

As TLC Landscape Estimator/Designer, you are responsible for:

Client liaison - Meeting with clients to discuss job requirements (measurements, ideas), initial presentation meeting and progress meetings.

Design – Design landscapes and prepare estimates for client approval. Confirm measurements, create plant lists, and determine materials required for the project. Estimating various services (sod repair, slitseeding, drainage, eavestrough cleaning, weed control)

Communication – Ongoing communication with the Production Manager to ensure crews execute project properly, flag corrections if needed, and complete projects on budget and on time.

Administration – Responsible for all office communication with clients and crews, getting locates and permits as necessary, and ensuring data integrity in provided software systems.

You need:

• G-Class Driver’s License
• College or University graduate (Design/Landscaping; General Business)
• Advanced horticultural knowledge is required
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a related field
• Proven Computer Skills – AUTO CAD
