FACILITY SUPERVISOR
London, ON
Our client is a global manufacturer who is a specialist in their area and their products span a number of industries (automotive, consumer goods). They are experiencing growth and are currently expanding and searching for a FACILITY SUPERVISOR to join their team. The successful candidate will responsible for effectively managing the ongoing maintenance of their state-of-the-art facility in London, ON. This is a straight days position and offers a competitive salary plus benefits plus pension!
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience relating to building maintenance, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- Related post-secondary education and/or formal training is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience but consideration will be given to candidates who have demonstrated leadership capabilities with no direct reports.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot/assess issues relating to building maintenance (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
