Autodata Solutions is looking for a Senior Windows Administrator for their London Ontario office.
Autodata Solutions is a technology integration and products company serving the world's largest auto manufacturers and their partners with data aggregation, syndication, technology and custom solutions. Headquartered in London Ontario with offices across Canada and the United States, it is our mission to provide custom solutions that increase the effectiveness of the automotive sales chain and help put vehicles in consumer’s driveways. We have a broad production and operations footprint with hosting facilities across North America using a wide variety of technologies, stacks and hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
We are currently looking for a Senior Windows Administrator to plan, design and implement the organization’s Windows, Storage and Virtual infrastructure according to best practices, while ensuring high levels of reliability and availability. In this role you will develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure consistent storage and VM provisioning, uptime, regulatory compliance and Windows systems security. You will be responsible for the management and control of all Corporate and Production information storage devices and space, VMs and supporting infrastructure. We are looking for:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or 7 years of relevant work experience
- Other Education or Certifications (For example: ITIL, MCSE, VCP, SAN, etc)
You should have proven extensive experience with:
- Windows 2008, 2012
- Active Directory and related services
- VMware, vSphere, ESX, and vCenter products
- Hyper V technology
- SAN, NAS, DAS, RAID, SCSI, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, tape, clustering, encryption, Virtualization, Messaging technologies and related products
- Exchange 2007/2010, Blackberry Enterprise Servers, ActiveSync, etc
We would like to see working knowledge of:
- Linux OS
- Change management procedures and systems
- Configuration management tools
- Net Backup, Backup Exec, Veeam/VM backup software
