Start.ca is looking to add both part-time and full-time Service Desk Agents to our already fabulous team. If you are up for the challenge and rewards of being awesome on a daily basis, Start.ca could be the place for you :)

As a Service Desk Agent you are the heartbeat of this company. You handle all inbound calls, emails, new customer sign-ups and provide friendly support to our customers. Our Service Desk Agents ensure that our customer’s experience begin and end with a smile.

What You Will be Doing:
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience with every customer interaction.
  • Acting as the primary contact to new and existing customers.
  • Providing advice to assist customers in making the right decision to suit their needs.
  • Supporting all Start internet offerings, with awareness of limits and boundaries of sales and support.
  • Knowledge of Start’s product offerings: models, pricing and availability.
  • Clearly communicating all aspects of the services we provide, the sign-up process, billing process, and initial setup and installation processes.
  • Ensuring client confidentiality when answering questions and advising customers on the services.
  • Logging all sales, service, and support related tasks and activities in our CMS ticketing tool.
The Successful Candidate will:
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Take pride in being accountable, punctual, and reliable.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Understands the importance of building positive relationships through daily customer interactions. 
  • Be comfortable continually developing their knowledge of home internet technologies and computer based troubleshooting.  
  • Flexible shifts of evening, nights, and weekend and statutory holiday coverage.
