Supervisor, Customer Service & Support
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service & Support to join our Customer Service team at our Corporate Office in London Ontario. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Advisory, the Supervisor, Customer Service & Support will be responsible for day-to-day operations, coaching, and development of team members, with a focus on quality interactions and exceptional customer experiences.
 
If You Enjoy 
  • A customer-focused environment
  • Mentoring team members with regards to goal setting and achievement
  • Anticipating and responding to customer needs
  • Assisting trainers in developing progressive training initiatives
 And Have Evidence of 
  • Previous experience with quality assurance in a customer focused environment
  • Experience leading a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of a business
  • Strong group presentation and one-on-one facilitation skills
  • Capacity to learn and retain information about technical products
