Job Description
Thorne Property Management Ltd. provides management services for a range of 80+ townhome and apartment condominium properties, and carries out the day to day management of the corporations under the supervision and direction of the Board of Directors for each property.
Thorne Property is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a full-time Management Assistant.
The Management Assistant duties include:
Responding to client telephone calls and e-mails
Proofreading documents, preparing client communications and managing signatures
Preparing and scheduling client meetings
File organization
Maintaining information databases
Processing and submitting a variety of forms, and follow up
Managing the execution of time sensitive documents
Executing requests from management
Delegating work appropriately
Required Experience and Education:
4+ years experience in a high volume, customer service role
Post Secondary education
Property Management experience an asset
Skills Required:
Computer, Communication and Organization skills
Troubleshooting, Problem solving and Negotiation skills
Multitasking and Time Management skills
Public Speaking experience
Adaptable, Team player
