Job Description:
The Line Leader is responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the line.  More specifically, the main functions of this position are to lead, coach, direct, train and provide constructive feedback to the line staff with a goal of continuously improving the operation of the production area; operate the line machinery; and oversee line operation from cooking, packaging and pack-off.  Duties within this position include monitoring the line and the finished products; operating the equipment; ensuring all boxes are labelled correctly; completing HACCP-related and organization documents, ensuring efficient and timely start-ups, and assisting the line workers when necessary.
 
The successful candidate will be cross trained as a Line Leader on different Production Lines and must demonstrate a desire for continuous improvement in all processes.
