Your goals: In this London based position you will be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of ammonia freezers, baking ovens and high speed packaging equipment. You will start on the ground floor and will be trained in order to optimize your knowledge of these very new and custom built machines. This facility will be state of the art and will have a high standard of hygiene; you will be trained and responsible for maintaining HACCP standards. You will be involved in all preventive maintenance programs. You will have knowledge of HVAC systems and will be able to keep the facility running at optimum levels. You will build, install and breakdown equipment as needed. You will work in a respectful team environment with stellar professionals. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Your strengths: You will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the capacity of mechanical maintenance preferably in a food manufacturing facility. You would have had some exposure to PLC systems including Siemens S7/S5. You will be an interprovincial licensed Millwright (433A). You will have good knowledge of installation processes and HVAC systems. You must be willing to achieve a TSSA B operator certification. You will be a key member of the maintenance team that will contribute to the success of Dr. Oetker.
