Job Description

As the Marketing Coordinator for our dynamic company, you will support the fulfillment of our Marketing strategy. You will be responsible to:

 

  • Assist in supporting all business units in sales, including but not limited to: designing and providing marketing collateral material, identifying potential business-building opportunities, collaborate with business units on ideas to help increase market share and assist in execution
  • Graphic design advertising (online and print), and other sales and marketing collateral materials as required
  • Grow traffic, increase social following, increase brand awareness through SEO;
  • Create content and communicate on formandbuild.com website, social media platforms and email blasts;
  • Maintain, review and record entries to the departments COOP spends and allocations and
  • Assist in the logistics and implementation of ad campaigns

 

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree specializing in business, marketing, communications or public relations
  • 2-5 years’ experience in marketing (digital marketing preferred) and communications or public relations with demonstrated success
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite; Graphic design efficiency in Adobe Suite of products preferred and understanding of web analytics (quick learner is also fine)
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Understanding of Web tools to improve customer experience & promote strong brand initiatives
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving skills with a proven ability to generate workable and creative ideas, concepts and techniques
  • Project coordination skills with an ability to execute creative and cost effective marketing and communications projects and maintain a number of projects simultaneously with competing timelines and priorities
  • Data analysis understanding. Run system reports & calculate activity, results & potential forecasting
  • Presentation and communication skills with the ability to write in both Marketing and Sales styles
  • Commitment to working with leadership and in cross-functional teams
  • Results oriented with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
