A team oriented individual who will be responsible for Mechanical Build/Assembly, Repair and Field Service aspects of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Equipment Manufacture, Sales & Service.
Salary: $21-24/hour

Summary of Position:
A team oriented individual who will be responsible for Mechanical Build/Assembly, Repair and Field Service aspects of Industrial Wastewater Treatment Equipment Manufacture, Sales & Service.
Salary: $21-24/hour
Job Duties Include:
- Conduct in-house and on client sites build & assembly of various wastewater treatment equipment.
- Complete equipment testing prior to shipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair mechanical & electrical equipment components.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair customer installed wastewater treatment systems including pumps, mixers, chemical feed equipment, instrumentation, electrical controls, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair on shop & field equipment.
- Operate field equipment as required.
- Troubleshoot & adjust treatment system operating parameters to optimize treatment results.
- Welding and fabricating.
- Completion of maintenance documents, work orders, service logs, etc.
- Establish, manage & maintain parts crib & inventory.
- Maintain shop organization & cleanliness.
- Other shop duties & maintenance items as assigned.
- 3+ years of relatable mechanical and electrical skills experience, preferred from an industrial environment.
- Ability to read & understand layout plans &drawings.
- Ability to use drawings & machine maintenance manuals to troubleshoot & rebuild equipment.
- Ability to work unsupervised & multitask while meeting deadlines.
- Able to use initiative and good judgement in the application of standard procedures.
- Self-starter, with developed analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
- Focus on customer service.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Only dedicated, hardworking task oriented individuals need apply.
- Advanced Welding/Fabrication ability.
- Forklift training & experience.
- Piping & Plumbing experience.
- Thorough understanding of PLC's, VFD's, Industrial Electronics & Controls.
- Knowledge of: Wastewater Treatment Processes, Pumps, Chemical Feed Equipment, Conveyors.
