Job Description
The Equipment Service Technician (E.S.T.) reports to the Facility Manager of each branch they work at. The E.S.T. is responsible for the day to day preventative maintenance and repair of the fitness and weight equipment at each branch.
Responsibilities:
Core responsibilities include: Meet with each Facility Manger on each visit, review maintenance requests and prioritize work, troubleshoot and diagnose problems and order parts from manufactures (as needed) for repairs. Perform preventative maintenance as prescribed by manufacturer and other duties as so assign by the Facility Manager. You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
Previous maintenance experience is an asset. Above average mechanical aptitude, experience with various hand and power tools, basic electronics knowledge, logical diagnostic abilities, computer literacy, detailed record keeping at each branch and be safety conscious at all times.

Other Position Details:
Travel between branches’ (Woodstock, St Thomas, Strathroy Komoka & London) required to perform duties.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours or Shift Info: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday each week approximately 7am – 3pm, subject to change to meet the needs of the Association.
