Full & Part-time Permanent Bilingual Customer Care Representatives (French)

Due to our continued growth, Zucora has opportunities for Permanent, Full-time & Part-time French Bilingual Customer Care Representatives at our London facility.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Appointments for in-home Application Technicians
  • Accepting service claims and working with customers to solve problems
  • Dispatching service technicians across Canada and the US

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Service
  • Proven computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Exposure to administration duties such as data entry and telephone operations

Personal Attributes

  • You like the challenge of helping customers solve problems
  • You have excellent communication skills in both languages
  • With your outgoing personality you find it easy to engage with people at all levels of an organization
  • You are self-motivated, you like to work independently, but you also enjoy being part of a dynamic team
  • You like a fast paced environment and appreciate the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and help out whenever and wherever possible to support the team
  • You are creative and your attention to detail comes naturally.
