Brescia University College campus is situated on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Haundenosaunee, Lunaapéewak and Chonnonton Nations. Brescia is currently seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to fill positions as:

                                                 Full-time and Part-time, Contract Positions
                                                                 Hourly Rate - $15.89/hour
                                                              August 30, 2022 – April 30,2023


Receiving primary direction from the Sous Chefs and the Food Services Manager, primary responsibilities will include the assembly, preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverage products and maintaining the cleanliness of the cooking area.

Required skills include: competent knowledge of cooking and at least two years’ experience in a commercial or institutional environment; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; ability to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP procedures, WHMIS and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. A willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings will also be necessary.
