Position Overview
The Report Coordinator is a full-time position working closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure processing of client reports is completed in a timely manner.
We expect that the Report Coordinator will work within a team environment and be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Review reports to prepare and finalize final versions for clients
- Track completed work orders and follow up as required to ensure completion
- Sort all incoming reports and work orders and organize or distribute them to other team members as required
- Communicate with co-workers for clarification on reports as needed
- Invoicing of completed jobs
- Work in conjunction with other Customer Service staff
- Send completed reports to the customer
- Back up support for the Inspection Coordinator on an as needed bases
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Administrative field
- Highly skilled in MS Office
- Data processing experience a must
- Attention to detail
- Willing to actively contribute to a positive team environment
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast paced environment to meet service deadlines
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
