Job Description
Craigwood Youth Services is a fully accredited not-for-profit children’s mental health centre providing a variety of innovative youth serving programs.
Manager of Finance & Administration
As a member of the Senior Management Team, reporting to the Executive Director, you are responsible for providing financial and administrative management in support of the strategic and operational goals and objectives of the organization. Key accountabilities include: all aspects of financial management, asset management, payroll, budget development, insurance and benefit plans.
Qualified candidates will have a university degree as well as a professional accounting designation and a minimum of five years senior management experience in a progressive multi-disciplinary, not-for-profit organization. You have demonstrated skills in strategic management, organization and planning. Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced skills in software applications are essential. Experience in a unionized environment is an asset.
