Type of Position:  Full-time temporary
Hours Of Work Per Week:  37.5
Closing Date:  October 30, 2014
 
Note:  This is a full-time temporary Administrative position (37.5 hours per week) until May 11, 2015.
Duties:  Under the general direction of the Human Resources Consultants and reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Services, the incumbent provides support to Client Services in the recruitment and selection process; supporting the job evaluation process; assisting HRMS Coordinator in applicant tracking system troubleshooting and assisting with departmental projects and research as necessary.
 
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary 2 year diploma in an HR Management or Administrative program with an emphasis on HR Management
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive generalist experience in a diverse position
  • Must have advanced skills in data management and be proficient in a wide range of software products to produce reports and manage data
  • Excellent analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills required
  • Unionized experience preferred
  • CHRP designation in progress preferred
