Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant on a contract basis. 

Job Duties
  • Answer phones, transfer calls and take messages
  • Classify, store, retrieve, track and update records and information
  • Assist with all office correspondence including emails, letters and mailings
  • Create and maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Keep filing/document management system for electronic and paper documents organized
  • Photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Labeling, stamping postage, and sending out mail
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Hours: Full-time; Monday to Friday; Must be flexible to work 1-2 evenings per week
 
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a College Diploma or University Degree 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ administrative or clerical experience in an office setting
  • Advanced computer skills with various programs including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Compensation: $13.00-$15.00/hour; depending upon experience and paid weekly!
