Pathways Skill Development & Placement Centre
Pathways Skill Development and its Social Enterprise Division, Clean Works London is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.  We are looking for a smart and energetic sales professional with the drive to succeed in order to make a significant contribution to business growth. You will assist our executive director and leadership team to generate revenue. You will have primary responsibility for generating leads and sales opportunity. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a sales strategy and contacting potential customers.  This is a 6 month contract position with an option for extension.
Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation for Clean Works London and Pathways’ Skills Division
  • Prepare and support sales visits, gathering information and analysis of customers’ needs and relevant market intelligence
  • Make sales calls to appropriate contacts and industry associations
  • Maintain strong relations with existing key accounts to help grow the market share
  • Execution of promotion strategy and measurements
  • Organize key events promoting the organizations mission in the community
Desired Skills and Experience
  • College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce, communications or relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing or relevant related experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • The ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, planning and negotiation skills
  • Financial and sales analysis skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective customer relationships
  • A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills required, with a natural and engaging approach with customers and an ability to detect and anticipate issues
  • Experience in the non profit or social enterprise sector a plus
  • Must have a G license and access to a vehicle
