Job Description
We are currently recruiting to fill several Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative jobs in London, ON to start October 20th. Our client is looking for a number of customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team in London, ON. The successful candidates will be tasked with one of the most important jobs this client has to offer; providing outstanding support to customers. No Sales Required! Rate of pay for this role is $12/hour.
Qualifications:
-Experience working in a customer service environment
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong computers skills, specifically MS Excel
-Typing speed of at least 30WPM
-Completion of high school or equivalent required (proof will be requested)
-Bilingual in English and French
-Have a clear criminal record
-Must be flexible to work in a 24-7 environment
