StarTech.com is currently looking for a Manager, Technical Advisory to join our Customer Service & Support team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
Reporting to the Director, Customer Service & Support the Manager, Technical Advisory will be responsible for developing and supporting a team of Technical Advisors. Focus will be placed on ensuring quality of service (including email, phone and live chat communications), forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This team provides support to our global customers in an inbound environment.

Reporting to the Director, Customer Service & Support the Manager, Technical Advisory will be responsible for developing and supporting a team of Technical Advisors. If You Enjoy
- Supporting the development of system/process enhancements geared toward productivity and efficiency
- Driving improved service quality and customer satisfaction through team development
- Focusing on employee engagement by mentoring, coaching, and working closely with the Supervisors and Quality and Training resources to develop career path planning and performance improvement initiatives
And Have Evidence of
- 5-7 years’ Leadership experience in a Customer Support or Contact Centre function
- Exposure to global, distributed, multi-lingual service delivery
- 3-5 years of full P&L responsibility, including budget planning
- A strong understanding of customer support technologies including: telephony, chat, email management, IVR, WFM, Quality management, and CRM
