Our client in South London is hiring for a Production Supervisor on the afternoon shift. This is a fun and exciting company in the food and beverage industry looking for a strong leader to grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve safety, quality, delivery and production requirements, on a daily basis
- Provide direction, leadership and ongoing feedback to Production Associates
- Process improvements and problem solving in the manufacturing process
- Teach and ensure 5S methodology to maintain a neat and orderly workspace
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry with HACCP training strongly preferred
- Post-secondary education is preferred but not required.
- Sound understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations in Ontario
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Good mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach
