Job Description
Beckett Personal Injury Lawyers is focused exclusively on personal injury litigation. We have built a reputation for excellence in all areas of litigation and we have a strong commitment to exceptional client services.
We have an opening for a new client intake coordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the legal industry; experience doing personal injury work is preferable. Tasks will involve answering calls from potential clients, gathering information, organizing and following up on all intake calls. Client contact through correspondence and email will also be expected. The successful applicant may also perform various social media-related tasks, so proficiency with Facebook and other platforms would be helpful.
Successful applicants will be able to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail are required for this position.
