Senior Administrative Assistant
 
StarTech.com is currently looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.
 
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Administrative Assistant role will appeal to a self-confident and assertive individual who enjoys variety in daily activities and who can multi-task in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.  Focus will be on calendar maintenance, event organization, travel arrangements, expense reports, catering, virtual files and accountability for presentation supplies (notes, AV, etc.) for the Senior Leaders of Operations and Finance and their respective teams.

  • Ensuring every detail has been taken care of by proactively determining needs
  • Supporting Senior Leaders and their teams  
And Have Evidence of 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Above average MS Office skills including Outlook, WORD, PowerPoint, and above average Excel (assessments will be completed as part of the finalist process)
  • Post-Secondary education in a related discipline (Business, Administrative Assistant)
