ADECCO, on behalf of our client, is recruiting for a Policy Writer in London, Ontario. The successful applicants will be motivated and eager to take on new tasks.

- Compose, maintain, and clarify Human Resource and Operational policies and procedures of the company
- Complete necessary research to update existing policies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set appropriate priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong ability to adapt to various personalities and work styles
- Planning and problem solving skills to organize own work effectively; proactive and resourceful approach
- Ability to carry out assignments professionally and competently without direct supervision
- Compose, maintain, and clarify the policies and procedures of the company
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and flexibility
- Professional presence and sensitivity in dealing with confidential issues and materials
- College Diploma in a Human Resources preferred
- Minimum of 1 year policy writing experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence dealing with all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working in a team environment
- Advanced computer skills in Word, specifically reformatting
