Team Leader, Roadside Assistance

Job Description:
Develop and motivate customer assistance representatives to ensure established call centre metrics, service delivery standards and company policies and procedures are achieved.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience in a customer call centre environment or equivalent
  • Experience organizing, motivating and directing a team of customer service representatives
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Written and spoken French language skills an asset
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science
  • Ability to support business needs by working a variety of rotating shifts including days, evenings and weekends
