Talentcor London is currently recruiting for our client, a London based multi-national organization considered a leader in the manufacturing sector.

We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor for a 12 Month Contract

Job Summary:

The Marketing Supervisor will provide marketing leadership for the Preventive Portfolio within the Oral Care Solutions Division. The Preventive Portfolio targets Dentists, Hygienists, Pharmacists and patients across Canada, through both direct messaging and channel distribution. As such, the candidate will preferably have prior experience in dental and/or the healthcare industry.

The successful candidate will have strong Marketing and P&L management experience.  Further, commercialization and support of new product launches are key tactics in this fast-paced industry, therefore previous experience and practice in this area will be a great asset.  They must be able to understand channel sales and distribution as well as be able to work well both in a team and individually.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing the annual marketing plan
• Development and execution of marketing tools and collateral 
• Creating and executing industry leading product promotions
• Portfolio management:  inventory, listings, price and branding initiatives
• Providing and working with marketing analytics including market share, trends, and competition monitoring
• Budget Management
• Working with cross functional teams including Regulatory, Quality, Professional Services and Legal
• Attending tradeshows and events
• Developing and liaising with key opinion leaders within the industry
• Developing new business opportunities through government and non-traditional channels
• 15% travel

Basic Minimum Requirements

• A University degree in Marketing is required for this position
• Marketing Experience
• Ability to adapt to a changing marketplace
• Strong business ethics, integrity
   

Other Qualifications

· Candidates must have strong self-motivation and time management abilities

• Collaborative personality style
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required

· Individual requires a strong customer focus and consultative skills with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs

·      A valid driver's license is required.  Candidates are required to travel which will involve overnight stays.
