Autodata Solutions is looking for several Data Entry Clerks for their London, Ontario office. 

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you are responsible for the quality and integrity of vehicle data for our external and internal products.  Using a variety of testing methods, you will ensure all data is current and up-to-date while adhering to client specified deadlines.  These roles can be offered as both part-time or full-time positions which begin on 6 month contracts with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidates.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate data changes, document and report changes from client data sources, ensure correct changes are reflected
• Document failed issues
• Test new data in multiple QA and live environments by comparing output in client products against the vehicle ordering guides
• Test vehicle model pricing in client applications (base and option) against internal pricing applications
• Adhere to deadlines as determined by the client
• Identify and report discrepancies in displayed content and client source information prior to public release

• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Well-developed communication skills
• Approachable, knowledgeable and professional in dealing with all levels internal and external contacts
• Ablilty to work efficiently and hit aggressive deadline targets
• Ability to exercise good judgment
