Our program allows students to attend classes facilitated through an accredited educational institution to gain basic knowledge while working with Transform Automotive, to get on the job training in their craft.

Required Skills:
Entry into the TransForm Program Requirements:
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    College diploma preferred 
•    Physically able to perform trade
•    Other entry requirements may apply
 
Program Training Requirements:
•    2 year specialized training program
•    8,000 hours on-the-job training
•    720 hours paid related instruction
•    Additional related instruction may be required.
•    Must be able to travel to the United States as part of this training program
