Job Description

Inteqna, London Office, is currently looking for a Part-time Accounting Assistant for our client located in London, ON. This is a 6 month contract position.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
The Accounting Assistant will work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and assist with general accounting duties such as data entry, posting payments, invoice filing, invoice processing and other duties as assigned. Work 2 days a week.
 
Requirements:
-        Minimum of 5 years of work experience
-        Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-        Knowledge of Great Plains accounting system an asset
-        Able of make collections calls
-        Proficient in Excel
-        Strong customer service skills
