Customer Engagement Specialist.  4-month contract position.  The successful candidate will be evaluated during their trial period for a permeant placement! Our client will hire on top performers!
What’s in it for you?
  • Compensation: $23.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay paid weekly.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No weekends!

Responsibilities of the job:
  • Receives all incoming calls from customers.
  • Process quotes/orders, schedule delivery and/or pick ups.
  • Make outbound calls as necessary to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain relations with variety of customers/clients/distributors and dealers.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements:
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a customer service role, preferably in the health care industry.
  • Proficient with MS office, experience with SAP and Salesforce an asset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
