CornerStone United, a leading national extended service plan provider, has an immediate full time opening for a Bilingual Data Entry & Customer Service Associate
           
Duties:

• Enter claims into web based interface
• Answer customer questions by phone and email in French and English
• Mediate and resolve customer complaints through investigation, communication and follow-up 
• Ongoing support liaison for servicer and dealer network

• Experience/interest  in an auto, RV, or power sports industry a plus
• The ability to multitask
• Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
   

• Strong verbal and written communication in French and English
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Web Browsers
• Ability to manage a variety of priorities in busy office environment
• Proven customer service skills and experience handling customer complaints
• Positive approach to team work
