Job Description
CornerStone United, a leading national extended service plan provider, has an immediate full time opening for a Bilingual Data Entry & Customer Service Associate
Duties:
- Enter claims into web based interface
- Answer customer questions by phone and email in French and English
- Mediate and resolve customer complaints through investigation, communication and follow-up
- Ongoing support liaison for servicer and dealer network
- Experience/interest in an auto, RV, or power sports industry a plus
- The ability to multitask
- Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication in French and English
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Web Browsers
- Ability to manage a variety of priorities in busy office environment
- Proven customer service skills and experience handling customer complaints
- Positive approach to team work
