Job Description
Arnsby Property Management Ltd. is an established property management company in London, Ontario, specializing in condominium, residential and commercial property management. We require an experienced full-time maintenance person to join our dedicated and hardworking maintenance crew to meet and exceed the needs of our clients.
All qualified candidates must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, countertop installation and general maintenance issues. Successful applicants must display dependability, client oriented service and a history of diverse maintenance skill sets. Applicants must have their own tools and work vehicle / work truck.
We pay a monthly vehicle allowance and offer a group benefits package. Starting wage is $22.00/ hour.
