POSITION:                   Production/Inventory Clerk
STATUS:                      Full-time
LOCATION:                  Nestle Ice Cream Factory, 980 Wilton Grove Road, London, Ontario
REPORTS TO:             Director, Finance & Administrative services
 
Nestlé Canada Ice Cream has an immediate opening for a Production / Inventory Clerk to join the office team at our state-of-the-art ice cream manufacturing plant, located in London, Ontario. 
 
Major Responsibilities:

• Maintain dairy records for the dairy board;
• Receive off site warehouse inventory into SAP;
• Create and maintain materials codes;
• Create and maintain Factory Operations Forms;
• Provide reception relief;
• Data entry;
• Maintain daily production reports;
• Input and maintain training records for employees;
• Administrative tasks;
• Participate on teams/committees as required;
• Other duties as required. 
   

Qualifications:

• College Diploma in Business or related field;
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office programs specifically Access and Excel;
• Provide friendly, and efficient customer service to internal and external customers;
• Experience with SAP an asset;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative;
• Detail oriented;
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage interruptions;
• Administrative background or related work experience;
• Available to work weekends as required;
• The hourly wage rate is $23.22.
