Job Description
Our client, a non-union Tier-1 Automotive Supplier, is seeking a highly organized, driven, engaging General Manager - Administration to lead one of three areas of their manufacturing facility near Kitchener, Ontario!
Reporting to the President, this unique and newly created position will oversee all Finance, IT, and HR administrative functions while promoting a positive and productive work environment in alignment with the company's mission and values.
To qualify, you will have previous experience as a Senior Manager or Director in an Administrative role or Sr. Finance position coupled with a proven track record of successfully leading HR, IT, and Finance obligations. You will be comfortable working within an autonomous environment and will have successes to share at the senior level. You will be keen to grow with a company that recognizes its employees and provides opportunity for advancement and ongoing learnings.
Salary: $120K-$140K
