Pathways Skill Development and Placement Centre assists individuals to overcome multiple challenges to meaningful employment by providing employability assessments, job search strategies, training and employment placement services. 
 
Pathways Skill Development and Placement Centre has an available position for an Administrative and Clerical Training Program Instructor.  In this role you will be responsible for all elements of a program designed to give individuals the necessary skills for employment in the office administration field. 
 
The successful candidate will bring an exciting blend of technical skill, interpersonal charisma and facilitation expertise. You have successful experience and expertise sharing knowledge from the front of a classroom. Your knowledge of Office processes, customer service, software, office equipment, management and communication has been gained through significant successful experience in responsible roles.  You are at a place where you want to share your success to create similar success for others.
 
In this role you will have the opportunity to screen participants, facilitate training sessions, design curriculum, and network with employers to market the program and assist in placing coop assignments.
