Fayez Spa - The premier skin, body and hair wellness retreat in London and southwestern Ontario region, caters to the needs of a very discerning clientele, and requires a Front Desk Manager seeking a career in hospitality & customer relations to maintain our standard of service excellence. The ideal candidate will meet ONE of these requirements:

• Previous experience in a Spa/Hospitality Front Desk role, operating booking software is an asset
• Have obtained post-secondary education in Hospitality & Tourism Operations

Responsibilities

The main objective of our Front Desk Manager is to make sure our clients have a great experience with us and contribute to a positive work environment with our spa team. The Front Desk Manager responsibilities to support this objective include but are not limited to:

• Book appointments, answer calls, check clients in & out and process product/gift card transactions
• Have advanced knowledge of our booking policies, procedures and our extensive spa menu of aesthetic, hair and medical services
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner via phone and email
• Maintain the appointment schedule and communicate with other team members to ensure smooth and punctual operation
• Track/update retail inventory and provide feedback to managing supervisor
• Implement service & product promotions & educate other staff members on said promotions
• Engage clients, listen to feedback and communicate concerns to managing supervisor
• Other duties as requested by supervisor
