Brescia is currently seeking experienced and dynamic individuals to fill positions as:

DISHWASHER / PORTER
Full-time and Part-time, Contract Positions
Hourly rate - $15.15 per hour

August 30, 2022 – April 30,2023
                                                                         

Receiving direction from the Sous Chefs, Hospitality Coordinator and Food Services Manager, primary responsibilities will be maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen area. Specific duties include: operating dishwasher; rack, unrack and stack soiled dishes and utensils; cleaning utensils, dishes, trays, pots, etc; keeping work area and floors clean, including refrigerators and other equipment; and receive and store deliveries as required.

Required skills include: knowledge of food services normally gained through experience in the food service industry; excellent customer service skills; attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills; ability to follow oral and written direction; knowledge of WHMIS and the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Work may involve some heavy lifting and repetitive movements.
