Job Description
One of our top food processing clients located in St. Marys is looking to add an additional staff to their team to their team.
Industrial Cook
This is an on-going position working full-time hours.
Pay rate is $15/hour.
Job Duties/Qualifications:
• Follow product formula with attention to detailed instructions
• Ensures that good manufacturing practices/sanitation procedures are followed in the preparation of products and cleaning of equipment and work areas
• Works with all divisions of the team to ensure effective production standards are met
• Other task and duties as assigned
Weigh Up
The pay rate is $13/hour + shift premium!
Responsibilities:
• Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers
• Remove filled containers from conveyors
• Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
• Clean work areas and equipment
• Feed and unload processing machines
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
Required Qualifications:
• Grade 12 or GED
• Must have clear criminal background
• Own transportation as public transportation is not available
• Ability to work rotating schedule
