Sales Support Coordinator for their office in Waterloo. We're looking for a very professional individual with excellent communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Maintaining and updating a master list of English and French documents and materials housed on bank sales repositories and cloud-based platforms
- Classification and consolidation of collateral, as well as recommend and action opportunities to consolidate, digitize, and simplify popular collateral
- Maintain the email distribution calendar (including maintaining the appropriate email lists for recipients)
- Maintain a Sales Initiatives Priority management list, track in-flight initiatives and follow-up on outstanding items
- Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the finance and banking industry preferred
Excellent communication
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Strong organizational skills are required
Strong Excel skills required
University degree
