McCall Dawson Osterberg Handler, a law firm specializing in the area of Insurance Defence litigation is seeking an experienced Law Clerk to work with one of our Partners.   We are seeking a reliable individual with a minimum of five years’ experience in Insurance Defence litigation.  The ideal candidate must have the ability to pro-actively manage a tort file from inception to trial including drafting litigation related documents such as affidavits of documents and motions as well as reviewing and summarizing productions. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, work independently in a team oriented environment, have the ability to prioritize, multitask and show strong organizational skills.
