- CPIM designation or degree in logistics, Supply chain management or business administration.
- 3+ years experience of supply chain senior level leadership.
- Experience using route planning software and MRP programs.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain KPIs.
- Use of inventory management software and databases.
- Familiarity with implementing technology in warehousing environments (robotics, scanning)
- Strong leadership skills to develop and motivate staff.
- Supply chain manager will have ownership and responsibility over three teams across multiple locations in St.Thomas and London; Purchasing and inventory, Warehouse, Delivery.
- Supply chain manager will be accountable for the recruitment, hiring and successful onboarding of new team members.
