What We Have To Offer:
- Midnight shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday to Saturday)
- May be required to work alternate shifts/hours
- Weekends and/or rotating shift work as scheduled by the Company in order to meet business needs
- Ability to work six (6) days per week is also a requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing, maintaining, repairing machinery and mechanical equipment
- Determining causes of operating errors and resolving breakdowns
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
- Enhancing the effectiveness of equipment to improve productivity
- Completing and maintaining a maintenance log
- Assisting in selection of parts
- Taking corrective actions to prevent re-occurrences of common breakdowns
Job Qualifications:
- Licensed Industrial Millwright (proof of COQ required)
- Minimum five (5) years of technical experience as a Millwright
- Highly experienced in inspecting and repairing mechanical equipment
- Working knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance
- Ability to always drill down to the root cause of a breakdown and take appropriate actions
- Self-directed individual, continuous improvement driven
- Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
- Some background in 5s and lean manufacturing
- Must be able to work in a team based concept
- Dual ticket is an asset
